Weird Halloween Bingo 2011
Weird Halloween Bingo 2011 was a crazy success! We had more costumes, more prizes and more fun than ever. Thanks to everyone who came to party and play with the weird Bingo crew at St. Anastasia Bingo in Waukegan. We saw GhosterBuster girls, Pocahontas, Mini Mouse, Catwoman, a few really scary ghouls and a victim of overzealous "yardening."
The weekly Lightning game had people biting their fingers too. With $4500 on the line for the grand prize, we opened five more windows on the game board, only to find ...... no winners! Ouch! The jackpot rolled over and we'll try it again next week.
Instead of parading around the neighborhood ringing doorbells, we had Trick-or-Treat Door Prizes and the Parade of Costumes. Lucky winners drawn at random won goodie bags full of candy, coupons, gifts and spooky DVD movies. One unsuspecting winner got the DVD Justin Beiber Sings Holiday Classics! Don't watch alone in a dark room.
Prizes were awarded to Best Decorated Table. We had a three-way, a three-way tie in that category.
Cutest costume was Mini Mouse, Hottest was Catwoman, Pocahontas was voted most-likely to, and Tiny won for Most-Bingo-ish. Scariest costume went to Jill, and honorable mentions to our ghostbuster gals and to the Joker Packer Fan! VK won for Most-Inappropriate -- our GRAND PRIZE and most-competitive category.
